These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bg.systems and the other services offered by BG Systems, Inc. ("BG Systems," "we," "us," or "our"), including the I Can't Go app and its text message notifications (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you may bind that business to these Terms.

2. Our Services

BG Systems, Inc. provides low voltage infrastructure (structured cabling, networking, and security and AV) and managed IT services to businesses, and operates the I Can't Go ticket marketplace app. Information on this website is for general information and is not an offer to provide services at a particular price.

3. Professional services and quotes

Quotes, proposals, and installation or IT support work are governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement accepted by you and BG Systems, Inc.. If these Terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls for that work.

4. Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully. You will not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts;
• interfere with or disrupt the website or its security;
• use automated tools to collect data in a way that burdens the website;
• submit false or misleading information; or
• use the website to send unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

5. I Can't Go

Use of the I Can't Go app may be subject to additional terms presented in the app. If those terms conflict with these Terms for use of the app, the additional terms control. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in the app and for keeping your access codes private.

6. SMS Terms

If you change your mobile number, tell us so that messages do not go to someone else.

7. Intellectual property

The website, including its text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by BG Systems, Inc. or its licensors and protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our written permission.

8. Third-party links

The website may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
